Community and Privacy through Tall yet Non-Isolationist Architecture
APPROACH
The goal of this studio was to explore design strategies for
value-based housing by designing a liveable place for the community
that creates a balance in people's live-work-play-eat-shop aspects.
Site Study.
Initially, a site study of 100 acres was done in groups to understand the context and its importance to society and users.

Concept & Planning
We designed 'A coming together place' which will be addressing the community as a whole and maintaining the privacy of an individual and their family.
